UN World Youth Skills Day

To celebrate UN World Youth Skills Day, we partnered with KidsforSDGs to organize an event that brought together 10+ youth-led organizations and leading changemakers in Hong Kong for a day of upskilling workshops (both peer-to-peer expert-led), roundtable discussions, networking and "troubleshooting sessions" — all to share skills, best practices and develop partnerships.

ISSIA X RTT Partnership

Co-organized with Reverse the Trend, the event explored the intersection between nuclear disarmament and climate activism, highlighting the role of youth. Speakers included Dr. Sue Wareham (Medical Association for Prevention of War), Dr. Muhadi Sugiono (Universitas Gadjah Mada), and amazing youth activists in APAC.

ISSIAMUN & Debate Programs

We organized our own Model United Nations conference (ISSIAMUN), where we had two councils (ECOSOC, US Senate), introducing the topic of Black Lives Matter and the aftermath of Colonialism to 40 students from a variety of schools in Hong Kong. We also run debate program to introduce students to debate (formats, skills etc.).
